Photoshop: Line Stretch

A simple effect that can be used for graphics or backgrounds.

Step 1

You will need an image for this effect to work. I'll be using the picture of this model.

Step 2

Now choose the Single Row Marquee tool and click anywhere on the image. Press Ctrl+T and begin to drag the image. The result of this is seen below.
