Photoshop: Coloring Images

This tutorial teaches you how to change the colors of an image by painting them.

Step 1

I will use this image of Koda Kumi.

Step 2

Make a new layer and place it above your image. Use the brush tool, select a default hard or soft (whichever you prefer) brush, zoom in, choose a foreground color, and start painting over the areas that you want to re-color.

Step 3

Now select the layer with your paint, and set it to color.
